How do I sign up?
Fill out the form below. We’ll respond within one business day to schedule a 15-minute in-person signup visit. Bring two forms of ID — one with a photo. You’ll leave with your mailing address ready to use.
What ID do I need?
Two forms. At least one with a current photo (driver’s license or passport). The second can be a utility bill, lease, vehicle registration, or another government-issued ID.
Can I use this as my LLC’s registered agent address?
Only if you separately retain us as your Michigan registered agent ($150/year). The mailbox address alone is for mail receipt, not service of process.
How is mail addressed to me?
Your Name / 4190 Telegraph Road, Suite 3000 / Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302.
What about packages?
We accept FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS packages. Oversized shipments may incur a handling fee. We sign for your packages as your authorized agent.
Can I cancel any time?
